Here's some yum all up: heart of palm, water chestnuts, lotus, peppers, peppercorns, turmeric, ginger, garlic, sesame seeds, habaneros, mangoes!  Often with corn tortillas, pasta, rice!  & umeboshi, gojiberries, maple, birch, agave, & strawberries!
